Wagyu cattle meat contains a higher percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than typical beef. It also has a rich buttery taste that speaks for its self with every bite. Here is what we can do for you. We sell meat by the the quarter, half, or whole, which allows you to decide the cut you prefer when sent to processing.  If you want to try it out first not a problem, we also sell individual cuts as well. So if Wagyu is what you desire, look know further.
